Choosing a Site
Once you’ve found a site you like, it’s time for lot evaluation. This involves determining the costs to build on the lot, which are influenced by everything from the lot’s physical characteristics, to access to utilities, water, and possible government imposition for special facility fees.
Negotiation and Acquisition
Once the evaluation is taken care of, we’ll use our analysis and market data to determine a fair price for the lot. Next comes preparation of the contract, negotiation, and contract ratification. Congratulations! You’ve got a new home site that’s ready to build on!
