Two Story Custom Homes

Oak Hill – 2,447 sq. ft.

With 4 beds and 3 baths, the Oak Hill has plenty of space. Large bedrooms and individual bedroom walk-in closets are the hallmark of the Oak Hill.

Carroll – 2,512 sq. ft.

The Carroll features 4 beds and 2.5 baths. All bedrooms have their own walk-in closet space. The Carroll also has a side set stair case, and an open kitchen and great room, making this model feel even more spacious.

Frederick – 2,670 sq. ft.

With 4 beds and 2.5 baths, the Frederick is another open design, with a large kitchen and eating nook that opens into the great room. The Frederick also features a 1^st floor study.

Fair Hill – 2,686 sq. ft

A classic colonial style home, the Fair Hill features a center load 1^st floor stair, creating a focal point that pulls the stair out of the foyer area. The oversized 2 car garage leads to a spacious mud room and laundry area.

Harford – 2,804 sq. ft.

There’s no shortage of space in the Harford. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and up to a 4 car garage, there’s plenty of room for all.

Griffin – 2,820 sq. ft.

The Griffen features 4 beds and 2.5 baths, and offers a choice of living area on the 2^nd floor. Choose from the standard great room or finish the space into an optional 2^nd floor game room. Either way, you’ll enjoy the spacious master suite with a walk-in closet and owner’s bath.

Garrett – 2,900 sq. ft.

The 2-story entrance feature of the Garrett is sure to leave an impression. With 4 spacious bedrooms and individual walk-in closets, there’s no shortage of room.

Old Annapolis – 2,950 sq. ft.

If your family needs room to grow, the Old Annapolis has it. With four bedrooms on the second floor and one on the first floor, plus nearly 3,000 sq. ft., the Old Annapolis offers a range of possibilities.

Harrison – 3,325 sq. ft.

A traditional colonial, the Harrison offers a 1^st floor study, 3-car garage, 4 bedrooms, and a second floor loft for the kids. The master suite features his/hers closet space and a separate sitting area.

Howard – 3,623 sq. ft.

Our largest model, the Howard has more than 3,500 sq. ft., featuring 3 beds and 2.5 baths. This model also features a dramatic 2 story overlook into the main living space and a backset stair on the first level.
